CHOSEN is a vintage boutique based in Toronto, ON since 2011. We’re all about sourcing wearable, well cared for, and stand-out pieces from the 1980s through Y2K. Our Dundas West shop is restocked daily, while our Etsy store is updated weekly with rare and fancier finds. We believe in shopping imaginatively and sustainably, bringing curated vintage style to our community for over a decade. Working with us means being part of a small, creative team that loves fashion, culture, and connecting people with unique pieces they’ll treasure.

Key Job Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service
Operate POS transactions
Process inventory — steaming, light garment care, tagging clothing
Create and share engaging content for our Instagram/social media
Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise presentation by performing light cleaning duties, finger-spacing racks, folding garments, and ensuring the shop always looks neat and inviting.
Perform opening and closing duties, including tidying the space, restocking bags and supplies, balancing the till, securing the store, and preparing for the next business day.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year clothing retail experience
Passion for vintage fashion, customer service, and delivering exceptional experiences
Strong customer service skills
- Engages authentically with customers
- Strong product knowledge and recommendations
Comfortable using Instagram to create content and respond to customer inquiries.
Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to spot what needs attention and take initiative.
Comfortable working independently
Light sewing or basic mending skills are a bonus (sometimes a button pops off and an item needs a little extra TLC)
